Services
Anchor Web Co. provides website design, website management, and related digital services for contractors, professionals, and service-based businesses.
Project Payments

Projects may require an initial deposit before work begins

Remaining balances are due upon project completion prior to final launch or transfer

Any advertised timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness and content delivery
Website Care Plans
Upon completion of a website project, clients agree to enroll in an ongoing website care package offered by Anchor Web Co.
Clients may choose the care package option that best fits their needs. Care plans may include website edits, maintenance, support, hosting assistance, monitoring, and related services.
Care package pricing and scope are subject to change without notice.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or major scope changes may result in additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate content, branding, and materials

Responding to requests in a timely manner

Maintaining ownership or proper licensing of uploaded content, images, logos, and media

Ensuring their business activities, products, and services comply with applicable laws and regulations
Clients are fully responsible for the operation of their business and the use of their website after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Anchor Web Co. and Acapz Contracting are not responsible for:

Business losses, lost profits, or lost leads

How the client uses their website

The legality, accuracy, or quality of products or services offered by the client

Third-party platform outages, hosting failures, software issues, or external service interruptions
We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, traffic increases, or lead generation outcomes.
Third-Party Services
Client websites may rely on third-party services including Wix, hosting providers, payment processors, or plugins. Anchor Web Co. is not liable for failures, policy changes, outages, or issues caused by third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
Anchor Web Co. retains ownership of any internal systems, templates, frameworks, or proprietary assets used in development unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client content and branding remain property of the client.
Portfolio & Marketing Rights
Unless otherwise requested by the client in writing before project completion, Anchor Web Co. reserves the right to display completed projects, including the client's business name, website, logo, screenshots, project details, and publicly available content (including testimonals) for use in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
